Harm Reduction Los Angeles or HRLA, is an organization set on creating projects that will assist individuals who are struggling with drug addiction and harm reduction. They understand that current US drug policies have anti-immigrant origins and is selectively enforced to harm those within minority communities. With this foundational understanding, they create projects and support teams that are different as they look and provide medical care and harm reduction services that are trauma-informed, human rights informed, and whole person centered.
