The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States and its territories. Their videophone service connects people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and communicate using American Sign Language (ASL) with an ASL-fluent counselor who can provide suicide prevention and mental health support. The webpage also shares resources to help you care for yourself and even tips on how to get a videophone. You can also choose to text 988, use the online chat option, or use TTY by using your preferred relay service or dialing 711 and then 988.
National Deaf Therapy is a Deaf, female-owned company that offers various services, including therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families or groups; subscriptions to in-depth mental health tools, resources, and guided American Sign Language (ASL) videos; and workshops, training sessions, and presentations for community members, wellness providers, organizations, mental health interpreters, and more.
Five Acres Deaf Services provides mental health services, such as individual and family therapy for Deaf persons in their home, school, or community in ASL, English, and Spanish; psychiatric services and medication management; case management with referral assistance; rehabilitation services; and Deaf parenting workshops which meet all requirement for court and Department of Child and Family Services certification.

Deaf Counseling Center is a Deaf-owned and operated therapy, counseling, coaching, assessments and psychiatric and consulting practice staffed by Deaf licensed professional therapists. They specialize in working with Deaf people and their families. They provide safe, confidential, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive services and communicate using American Sign Language (ASL). They offer one-on-one therapy, couples and marriage counseling, and family mediation across all 50 states in the U.S. WARNING: Do not use Deaf Counseling Center for emergencies. Peace Over Violence’s Deaf, Disabled & Elder (DDE) Services Program provides accessible services for victims of sexual and domestic violence who are deaf, hard of hearing, have a disability, and/or are elderly. Their Deaf Services program has expanded to include victims of crimes such as robbery, false imprisonment, vehicular assault, caregiver and/or hospital abuse, aggravated assault, and stalking. The services they provide include emergency services; trauma-informed individual counseling; educational support groups; nonviolent parenting; hospital, court, and law enforcement accompaniment; legal advocacy; case management, victim compensation assistance; shelter referral/advocacy; personal security awareness and self-defense training adapted to ability; and professional training and consulting support to community based agencies about deaf, disabled and elder issues and services.

DeafHope's mission is to end domestic and sexual violence in Deaf communities through empowerment, education, and services. Helen Keller National Center (HKNC) provides comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services to youth (16 and older), working-age adults and seniors (55 and older) with combined hearing and vision loss living in the U.S. and U.S. territories. The services they provide and programs they offer also include services specifically for youth and seniors, DeafBlind Immersion Experience (DBIE) Program, access to a National Employment & Business Relations Specialist, National DeafBlind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP), New York Destiny Supported Apartments, Professional Learning and Leadership Institute (PLLI), and assistive technology training. The Community Services Program provides direct services to eligible California residents residing in Southern California between Bakersfield and San Diego in partnership with the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR).
